Abstract works by Tash Kahn at Myo Dashwood House, London

Kahn's practice is multi-faceted. Using painting, sculpture, Polaroids and collage, she records the history of everyday life using the debris of the present. She seeks out beauty in the mundane and document the little things that others don’t notice. Working intuitively, images are arrived at spontaneously and chance encounters are embraced through colour, composition and form. She is interested in how people engage with art, the conversations it generates and how it makes them feel.
